Eine Idee habe ich leider nicht, nur, dass Microsoft mit Outlook und allem drum
  und dran der Grund war, dass ich Mails nicht mehr selbst hoste.

Sie blocken sehr aggressiv.

Die Standard-Settings wie DMARC, DKIM und SPF hast Du vermutlich eingestellt.

  Problem: vutuv E-Mails werden anscheinend von Microsoft 365 immer noch als SPAM
  eingestuft. Ob immer oder nur teilweise weiß ich nicht.
  
  **Hat jemand eine Idee dazu?** Und nein, E-Mail über dafür spezialisierte
  externen Dienstleister zu verschicken ist keine Option.

      Ja, das ist alle korrekt. Ich schaue mir das jetzt mal eine zeitlang an
  (irgendwann muss O365 das ja anhand von User Feedback intern merken). Ist
  natürlich sehr ärgerlich.
