Founder of 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝘂𝗸𝘂, I offer short and long-term therapeutic counselling using an 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩.

As a neurodivergent practitioner, I believe there is no single correct way for our brains to operate. I bring lived experience alongside professional training to create safe therapeutic spaces where your unique way of thinking is celebrated, not judged.

At the heart of my practice is this truth: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵

Grounded in the belief that growth is not just about pushing into discomfort, but about creating a safe ‘container’—whether in nature or online—I find that sometimes, the deepest work happens when we return to safety and reflect with clarity on what we've already faced.

While the path forward sometimes requires a disruption—a shift at the crossroads—to open doors that have been closed, it is worth remembering that all journeys begin with a single step—not a leap.

Essentially, you set the pace. I hold the space.
