  Dieser Tag macht jedes Jahr auf freie und Open-Source-Software aufmerksam.
  
  Dabei geht es um mehr als „kostenlose Programme“: Entscheidend sind unter
  anderem Offenheit, Nachvollziehbarkeit und die Möglichkeit, Software
  weiterzuentwickeln.

Deswegen sind auch Initiative wie „Public Money, Public Code“ so wichtig.
