A ton of talented people, being hired and treated like adults, working on a very important mission.\n\nI've been at companies where you have leadership try to micro-manage everything and everyone, and be paranoid at all stages.\n\nIn Helsing, for now, there is a ton of trust and everyone is given a lot of autonomy to deliver what needs delivering. It's extremely refreshing, because it also means I can go on holiday and not worry that *stuff* won't get done. \n\nThere's also so many products we're working on, each and every one of them super interesting and with its own challenges. \n\nIs it difficult work? Yes. \n\nIs it rewarding work? Yes.\n\nIs it sometimes difficultly rewarding? Also yes.\n\nAlso the London office is better than the other offices and right now nobody can disagree with me.",

      "body_markdown": "Sorry to disagree with you there... but the Berlin office is definitely nicer! \n\nAs for the rest, can only agree. It's weirdly refreshing and liberating when a company trusts you and let's you off the leash, and it shows in the speed at which things are done at Helsing. \n\nThe work in IT, specifically IT Engineering, is so vastly different when comparing it to other companies not only in freedom, but also the different types of projects I work(ed) on.\n\nAnd honestly, now that I've been \"spoilt\" I don't ever want to go back haha",
