Product Specialist - Content Server (formerly Livelink) @ Open Text

Working on the UK support desk for Open Text for the Content Server suite. Resolving issues customers have with their Livelink implementations. Application support for a complex, distributed web application used by some of Northern Europe’s largest organisations. Involves knowledge of Content Server/Livelink, LAPI, Web Services, Java, Builder, SQL, client and server-side scripting, IIS, Windows Server.
