Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills & Theory
Completed the CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills and Theory (CBT-L5) through Counselling & Psychotherapy Training Academy UK. The training developed my understanding of CBT theory and formulation, along with practical skills for using CBT-informed techniques in therapeutic work. It also covered treatment planning and the importance of working ethically and within professional boundaries
