Responsibilities:
■ Developing and communicating the company’s technical vision
■ Management of all aspects of technological development, research and product development, as well as responsibility for these at a commercial level
■ Budget planning and monitoring for the technical area
■ Monitoring technological, social and scientific trends that could influence the company’s business objectives, identifying opportunities and risks and deriving appropriate measures for the company
■ Shaping the strategic direction and development of the company in the management team
■ Personnel development and setting up development teams in the technical area ■ Strategic planning and further development of the technical infrastructure, the IT infrastructure, and equipment for the company
■ Communication with authorities and inspection bodies to establish and ensure the approval process
■ External presentation of the company, communication of technical development to customers, shareholders, investors and the public
■ Organization and implementation of test drives Supervision of the following teams:
■ Vehicle design
■ Mechanical construction
■ Electronics and electrics
■ Software development
■ Certification
