Project Leader Migration to .NET @ FEV GmbH

Project leader of a project aiming at the reorganization of the software development infrastructure and at the migration to .NET (C#, C++/CLI)
■ Reorganisation of the software development process within the team, Establishment of coding standards and a modular software architecture.
■ Development and implementation of a company-wide standardized highly available server concept for the source code management based on a virtual Windows server, Subversion and Apache, including MediaWiki software as knowledge database
■ Standardisation of testing (NUnit)
■ Concepts for the migration process from C++ and Matlab to C#/.NET, development of code generators for library wrapper code which allows the re-utilization of existing libraries written in Matlab and C++.
