Initiated and supported in-house modelling of tumor immune microenvironment. Immuno-design and engineer of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells to target patient-derived glioblastoma stem cells, preclinical evaluation. Implemented the use of bioinformatic analysis tools among trainees. Organized resources to develop a machine learning pipeline for our multiplatform datasets. Managed undergraduate/graduate students research projects; guided them on hands-on experiments/data analysis. Glioblastoma initiating cells / patient derived tumor xenograft murine recurrence models / CAR T cells.
