The FH der DBP in Dieburg does not exist anymore in its original form and is today a part of the FH Darmstadt. The FH der DBP was a private University of applied sciences for communication technology, owned by the Deutsche Bundespost. The Bundespost was that time the state owned telecommunications operator monopolist in Germany.
