Managing technical deliverables for a diverse portfolio of projects, including direct bilateral industry collaborations and large-scale, cross-functional research consortia. Structuring project documentation and progress reports for industry partners and funding bodies (BMBF, EU programs), ensuring traceability and review readiness. Applying hands-on expertise in key process technologies - including thin-film deposition (PVD), electrode and solid-state separator fabrication, and cell assembly - to solve core challenges in materials integration and interface engineering.
