Leading the Migrations team, responsible for the components aiding data migration to Vault (Thought Machine’s core banking platform offering). Team consistently surpassed performance targets, sometimes many months in advance, while maintaining a high level of reliability and even aiding other teams in their journeys. Managed to create pipelines for communication, both within the team and with external stakeholders, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
