· As an Interim CTO for an angel-funded Fintech startup, I was responsible for specifying the Cloud-based architecture, ensuring that it aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and provided a strong foundation for future growth. · I also designed a robust security/encryption infrastructure, and worked closely with the development team to design efficient and user-friendly UI processes, from signup to payment transaction confirmation. · Additionally, I established and defined detailed processes around rights, roles, and permissions for employees, while adhering to legal regulations at both the development and deployment level. · I played a key role in helping to prepare all necessary documents for obtaining a BaFin license, and was instrumental in securing the second round of funding, helping to position the company for long-term success.
