Training as IT Systems Electronics Technician at Deutsche Telekom During my training at Deutsche Telekom, I acquired comprehensive knowledge in areas such as cable management, C# development, network infrastructure and routing, as well as customer service and sales. The theoretical part covered topics like business processes, operational organization, information technologies, networked IT systems, technical English, and market and customer relations. Practical On-the-Job Deployments and Projects As part of my training, I installed internet and telephone connections for private and business customers, created and implemented network concepts for companies, and gained valuable experience in direct customer contact both in the Telekom shop and at T-Systems. At T-Systems, I learned about the infrastructure of complex B2B networks, developing a deep understanding of corporate networks and their requirements.
