Training as IT Systems Electronics Technician at Deutsche Telekom During my training at Deutsche Telekom, I acquired comprehensive knowledge in areas such as cable management, C# development, network infrastructure and routing, as well as customer service and sales. The theoretical part covered topics like business processes, operational organization, information technologies, networked IT systems, technical English, and market and customer relations. Practical On-the-Job Deployments and Projects As part of my training, I installed internet and telephone connections for private and business customers, created and implemented network concepts for companies, and gained valuable experience in direct customer contact both in the Telekom shop and at T-Systems. At T-Systems, I learned about the infrastructure of complex B2B networks, developing a deep understanding of corporate networks and their requirements. Technical Skills and Application Areas Cable Management: Professional installation and organization of cable networks to ensure stable connections. C# Development: Programming for applications in the field of network technology. Network Structures and Routing: Planning, building, and optimizing network infrastructures. Customer Consulting and Support: Competent care and support for customers regarding technical solutions. Sales Experience: Selling and presenting telecommunications products in customer conversations. Key Learning Content and Methodology The training also included accounting, controlling, as well as handling information sources and work methods, through which I developed strategic thinking and structured working.
