Led 4 engineering pods (4–6 engineers each) delivering HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance SaaS. Served as technical lead for major subsystems.
● Engineering Mastery Framework (signature leadership initiative): Created
from scratch to eliminate chaos in promotion cycles and standardise
expectations for managers and employees. Led the entire initiative –
designed, rolled out, and formed a committee to maintain it. Post-launch
survey showed 85% satisfaction.
● Team building: Helped scale Bangalore engineering team with recruiters and
leadership.
● Platform development: Architected scalable backend services
(Python/Django, Celery, Redis, MySQL, GraphQL) and contributed to React
frontends.
● Awarded Zenefits Core Value Award (2019) for exceptional impact.
