First engineering lead hired to build and scale Pantheon’s Bangalore engineering
team in partnership with the India Head. Drove the design and development of
Pantheon’s file management system.
● File System Rebuild at Massive Scale: Architected and led the complete
rebuild of Pantheon’s file management platform using Golang, GCS (Google
Cloud Storage), Fuse, and Cassandra. The system handles 5.5 billion objects
in GCS, ensuring high durability, low latency, and extreme scalability.
● Team Building & Growth: Hired and mentored the initial Bangalore engineering team, establishing engineering best practices, code reviews, and a strong collaborative culture.
● Operational Excellence: Played a key role in registering Pantheon’s Indian
entity, enabling seamless integration with global operations
