The next @pillow@fosstodon.org release will use lazy imports on Python 3.15, meaning from PIL import Image with no further use takes only 10 ms instead of 25 ms! ⚡️🦥⚡️

import times with Python 3.15 for PIL.Image visualised using a tool called Tuna, from before the change. PIL.Image takes 25 ms, it shows around 16 further modules it imports and how long they take. The biggest are logging at 9 ms and tempfile at 4 ms.

After the change, PIL.Image takes 10 ms, and the two biggest sub-imports are PIL._imaging at 2 ms and typing at 2 ms.
