With a team of 6 direct and 40 indirect, I’m responsible for global Network, Server (local, data-centre and cloud) and Enterprise voice services of Nutreco.
The focus is on being a trustworthy partner for the business with a focus on stability and security in a cost effective way.

The Provincie had a multi-vendor and cloud oriented strategy. The implementation of ITSM was part of this strategy for which I had the project lead role.
As solution architect I helped the Provincie design and realize the cloud strategy and several other solutions like BPM and digital signature for the hiring process.

In my role I played a coordinating role in the translation from business need to available ICT solutions and options. My role included dealing with external partners on operational, tactical and strategic level. On global level I have been part of several continuous improvement projects where operational knowledge can be translated to tactical goals.
