Optimum BH — Elixir/Phoenix agency | January 2022–January 2026

Founded and led an agency building full-stack web applications with Elixir, Phoenix and PostgreSQL. Owned client acquisition, delivery, technical implementation, team management, hiring, onboarding, and developer and designer review.

Built developer tooling, custom Credo checks, GitHub Actions workflows, CI/CD and infrastructure automation. Public work also included ElixirDrops and AI-powered products.
