Business Representative @ Vodafone

Role directly tied to a £100m Project to replace many of Vodafone’s legacy business systems. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth testing and assisting with development, conducting SQL data extracts and analysis, XML configuration, training and communications, highlighting defects, bugs and business integration issues, finding the cause of system faults, managing time and expenses in a cost effective manner, providing regular updates to my team manager when based around the Vodafone estate, and being an ambassador for the project. In addition to this, I acquired many ad-hoc responsibilities such as Cell Lead for the testing work stream conducted.
