Principle online developer for Vodafone’s UK online estate. Led project development efforts to deliver a new platform into production, serving e-commerce journeys. Managed day-to-day project activities for an agile team of 8 developers and 2 test developers including daily stand-ups, sprint refinement, retrospective, technical planning and product owner backlog refinement sessions. Provided deployment support and managed issue and defects resolution. Coached team members and provided implementation guidance for demand work on multiple platforms and dynamic languages.
