Is anyone coming to the #postmarketOS conference with a fairphone 6 that I could hack on for a few hours? I would like to try and debug this issue so we can get #duranium working on the fp6, but I don’t own one of these 🙃
I would need to install pmOS on it, which means reflashing (so don’t volunteer if you rely on your device for anything 😅)
I’m thinking about offering some informal mentoring to someone who wants to get into #postmarketOS development (packaging, #duranium) or other projects I’m heavily involved with. I’ve been contributing to pmOS for a while, and I’m happy to help someone get unstuck. In return I’d ask for patience (I make mistakes and I don’t have infinite time), and some self-motivation and comfort with Linux, the command line, and git. Would anyone be interested in this?
