Ein Kunde erreicht seine eigene Website problemlos. Ich nicht. Browser: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. FTP: Host does not exist. Sogar ping kapituliert.
Vier Fehldiagnosen später: ein fehlender A-Record beim Hosting-Provider, kombiniert mit lokal deaktiviertem IPv6 – und ein Kundenpanel, das im DNS-Editor schlicht “Ziel: Internetprovider” anzeigt, statt die tatsächliche IP-Adresse. Als Kunde soll man da im Zweifel selbst die Server-IP eintragen.
