Search now has a Talent tab. It lists people who are open to new jobs or to projects and freelance work.

🛠️ Skills and roles — search for abilities like React or Data Science
📍 Location and radius — nearby or within a set distance
🗣️ Languages — with levels from A1 to native
⏱️ Availability — including hours per week
🎓 Experience and education — only visible if the person has allowed it

If you want to be found, you switch on “Open to Work” or “Open to projects & freelance work” in your profile settings yourself. Without that, nobody shows up in talent search, and you decide which details are visible.

🔎 Talente finden, ohne Algorithmus

Unter “Suche” gibt es jetzt den Reiter Talente. Hier findest du Menschen, die offen für neue Stellen oder für Projekte und Aufträge sind.

🛠️ Skills und Rollen — suche nach Fähigkeiten wie React oder Data Science
📍 Ort und Umkreis — in der Nähe oder in einem bestimmten Radius
🗣️ Sprachen — mit Niveau von A1 bis Muttersprache
⏱️ Verfügbarkeit — inklusive Stunden pro Woche
🎓 Erfahrung und Ausbildung — nur sichtbar, wenn die Person das freigegeben hat

Wer gefunden werden möchte, schaltet “Open to Work” oder “Offen für Projekte & Aufträge” in den Profileinstellungen selbst ein. Ohne diese Freigabe taucht niemand in der Talent-Suche auf, und du entscheidest, welche Angaben sichtbar sind.
