🎭 Bringing down the house. A collapsing theatre I explored a few years ago, somewhere in Italy
An abandoned Roman Catholic church in northern England. Constructed in the 1960s during a period of transition within the Catholic Church, the design features contemporary architecture and beautiful glasswork.
On the western wall, a dalle de verre features coloured glass set into a concrete frame depicting religious iconography.
The church closed nearly 15 years ago; the failing roof needs costly repairs,

🆕🏛️ New location feature: New Parliament House (Old Royal High School), Scotland
The UK government bought the site in the 1970s, planning to house the proposed Scottish Assembly here. The failed 1979 devolution referendum left the building in limbo.
In 2026, it is being renovated into an event space.
